Culter Gala

We had wonderful time today at the Culter Gala. We joined forces with our friend Eldensport Gundogs for the yearly Gundog Demonstration in the main arena. All the dogs outdid themselves, giving a lovely demo of 'proper' Gundog behaviour....right up until the grand finale.....when Ripley was sent to retrieve a fluffy toy rabbit from a pile of sticks. This was totally unrehearsed and took all the dogs by surprise....so they ALL broke from their 'stays' and tried to help him with it!! Several spectators later told me that was their favourite bit!
